# Terms of use

The terms for using ProjectGallery Local, adding projects and sending quote requests.

Last revised October 29, 2026 [How projects get here](https://projectgallerylocal.com/methodology/)

**Draft, to be reviewed before launch.**

## Projects and photos

Businesses keep ownership of their photos and give us a non-exclusive license to show them on ProjectGallery Local and its sister sites. Only the business that did the work may submit a project, and it must hold the photo rights and the homeowner's agreement.

## Business lists

Business order follows our published method and public data. It is information, not a guarantee of any business's work. Sponsored placements are always labelled.

## Quote requests

A quote request goes only to the businesses you tick. Any agreement you make is between you and the business.

Find the work you like, then find who built it. Projects are shown only with the builder's name and the rights on file.

Sponsored projects are labelled and never change the order of the gallery or the builder lists. Ratings and review counts come from public sources. Updated October 29, 2026 · © 2026 ProjectGallery Local
