What ProjectGallery Local collects when you browse or ask for a quote, who sees it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, a contact detail, ZIP code, timing and any project links. Sent only to the businesses you tick.
- Business submissions: work email, project details, the private project address for the permit match, and the rights documents.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed and the site you came from, without advertising cookies.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your details.
- Publish a project's street address.
- Send your quote request to a business you didn't choose.
How long we keep it
Quote requests: 18 months, then deleted. Project addresses: until the permit match is done, then reduced to the neighborhood. Rights documents: as long as the project is live, plus three years.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at privacy@projectgallerylocal.com. Homeowners can withdraw consent for a project at any time and it comes down.
